Refunds apply to any service, except the online courses.
If you refuse the service you have chosen (without explaining the reasons), you will be refunded in full if you submit the appropriate application, but no more than 12 hours after payment. After 12 hours, a refund is not possible, as the service is considered completed.
The company formation service is refundable only within the first 12 hours after purchase. Please note that if a payment system or a bank account cannot be opened for your business, the funds paid are non-refundable since we are not responsible for third parties such as banks or payment systems and cannot influence their decisions.
The funds will be returned to the same payment method that was used to purchase the service.
